Living in Picton means you will have more amenities included in your monthly rent. The Wellings of Picton continues modifying and adding amenities based on the feedback of current residents. Our apartments are larger, and you can expect to enjoy concierge services, a fully equipped fitness gym with weekly classes, and fenced Pet Park for our pet-loving residents.
Our most popular apartment-suite styles have the following starting prices:
- One-bedroom plus den apartments from $2495/month.
- Two-bedroom apartments from $ 3395/month.
At Wellings, we do have planned activities from time to time, but the community also suggests activities. Participation is optional. Here’s a snapshot of what’s happening currently:
Fireside chats, including topics on education and culture, tech, travel, activity and wellness. There is a billiards league, a card league, business after 5 club, lots of live music, and weekly fitness activity. Just remember, you can enjoy the community but you can also retire to your suite where your time is your own.
Living in a community of like-minded and similarly aged people means good conversation is always available, day trips are planned, and you are able to dine with your neighbours every evening.
The Wellings Communities were created out of a need for living solutions where seniors could be in charge of their choices and expenses. At Wellings, you only pay for the services you choose. Health care can be accessed outside the community by professional health care providers when it is needed.
